Why it exists
In November 2022, OpenAI released ChatGPT. The mortgage industry mostly watched from the sidelines.
I started testing. Then experimenting. Then building systems. And I couldn't find anyone documenting how AI works across the full ecosystem: origination, processing, compliance, marketing, secondary market, brokerage ops, property management, real estate teams.
So I started mapping it myself.
This site is that map, updated in real time.
Who's behind it
Joshua Rios. Mortgage loan officer, sales manager, creator of The Pioneer Framework. I co-lead Team Rios with my wife Angelica out of Parsippany, New Jersey.
